The new Plastic Tones record out right about now, and feeling very satisfied, grateful and exhausted at the same time!
Next week we’re heading to a 1-month tour in South-Korea, Japan and Australia. Few days ago I was horrified, but I suppose it was only a symptom of low energy levels. I know we’re gonna make it!

On est un groupe power pop formé en 2015 en Finlande, plus précisément à Helsinki. Mais Plastic Tones, c’est surtout une bonne dose de mélodies, pas mal d’harmonies, beaucoup de générosité et plein d’énergie. Certains diront qu’on retrouve chez nous un peu le son du New York du milieu des années 70, de Thin Lizzy, mais aussi de l’anarcho punk des débuts. Cela dit, on vous laissera bien vous faire votre propre idée !
On est profondément enracinés dans la culture punk DIY internationale et du coup, super heureux et reconnaissants d’être accueillis pour quelques concerts en France. On a bien hâte de faire plein de rencontres.

Plastic Tones are a power pop group from Helsinki City, formed in spring 2015. We love melodies, harmonies, beauty, and primitive energy, and that’s what it’s all about in Plastic Tones! Some say we sound like mid-70’s New York mixed with Thin Lizzy and early anarcho punk. But what we really sound like, you have to find out yourself!
We are deeply rooted in the international DIY underground music community, and therefore we are super excited and rrreallly looking forward to meet you! We are super happy and grateful to be welcomed in the French Underground!
