Present at our +table for several editions, Edouard explores new sensory experiences through cocktails and a liquid offering.
For this edition, he created a non-alcoholic elixir made from botanical waters and Atlantic seaweed, echoing the water-inspired atmosphere of the dinner at PORT BRUSSELS.

Hélène del Marmol is a Brussels-based designer and wax artisan whose practice explores the intersection of sculpture, ritual, and material experimentation.
Each piece is conceived to evolve over time — in this case, through the melting of the candles, inspired by the location of PORT BRUSSELS. +THANKYOU @helahela_
This edition was led by a collective of artists, with one connecting point: Julien Sebbag, straight from Paris — the creative force behind @micho.lov and @cafeshinparis .
