5 weeks. 3.1kg down. Almost 10cm off her waist. 🔥
@brooklynreloaded came to me with a clear goal: reverse her biological age, drop body fat, build lean muscle, and prep for her first ever FMG stage.
All while managing endometriosis, PCOS, and adenomyosis - and she’s been relentless. Oh, AND she’s a mother too!!
From early mornings at the gym to nailing her nutrition, recovery, and mindset, she’s left no stone unturned. We noticed progress straight away and it definitely lit more of a fire.
This is just the beginning. Stay tuned 👀🔥

6 weeks 👏 3.6kg down 👏 5.5cm off her waist 👏
She didn’t start this journey for a number on the scale, she started because she just wanted to feel better.
How did she do it?
With online nutrition coaching and a structured 6-week meal guide - yes.
HOWEVER, I can give you the guide.
I can teach you the strategies.
BUT you have to do the work - and that’s exactly what she did.
She tracked, stayed consistent, and followed it properly, even through social events.

You’re looking at your newest ICN Wellness PRO @tay.gia 🤍
A huge congratulations to Taylor for winning her PRO card today at the ICN Nationals! What an incredible moment and a truly well-earned result.
She brought an amazing presence to stage and delivered when it mattered most. Wow wow wow ✨
Posed at APS by coach @melfletcher__ and coached by the beautiful @bekplats from @platscoaching who is also one of our APS athletes.
Welcome to being a PRO, Taylor 🫶
Trusting the process.
The dust has finally settled but I’m still on cloud nine and in pure shock. My first bodybuilding show, something I’ve dreamed about for years truly is one to remember.
So much time (28 weeks to be exact), effort, discipline (and a lot of blood, sweat and tears) went into this. I’m beyond grateful it led me here:
🥇 Wellness Overall and Pro Qualified for 2026
🥈4th & 5th across Sports Model divisions
This started from a place where I wasn’t happy with myself. I didn’t chase a win, I chased growth. I just wanted to step on stage proud of what I built, physically and mentally.
To my family: thank you for the patience, the missed meals and special occasions, the quiet phases. Your support never went unnoticed.
To my friends: every message, walk, lift, and pep talk meant more than you know.
And to my coach: I can’t put into words what this journey has meant. From day one, to working through a back injury for the first 12 weeks of prep, to backing me through every high and low… you set me up for this. I am devastated that I couldn’t share this moment with you but I am so proud of us from the bottom of my heart.
Nationals are around the corner, and I’m hungrier than ever to finish my debut season strong.
Also so so very grateful for:

Just wanted to show off client @tam7558tt for a second…
Tam was supposed to compete this season for @icn_sa but had to pull out 5 weeks out due to work commitments, so now will be competing in season B. She put in a lot of work and deserves credit for her efforts…
Tam came to me thinking she was at the age she couldn’t drop weight, but truth was she just wasn’t being consistent enough with her food and workout structure. CONSISTENCY IS ALWAYS KEY 📢
She successfully dropped 6kg, then falling in love with the process, she decided she wants to compete. We increased her calories, she gained 7kg while building muscle, and now she is back down 9kg to her lowest weight (yet highest muscle mass!). She’s an absolute beast.
She also learnt to pose with the amazing @emma.k_coach (can’t wait to post the before videos 😂).
Studies show that metabolism doesn’t actually slow down that much as we age, and in fact, data suggests it doesn’t even decline until AFTER 60…and…the decline is gradual at approximately 0.7% a year.
So ask yourself, is it my metabolism, or have I slowed down? If you’re not getting results, how well are you really watching what you eat? Have you been consistent, and for how long?
I couldn’t be more proud of a coach and friend. She has stuck to everything I have given her 110%. Onwards and upwards to our next mini growth phase 🤪🫶
CLIENT HIGHLIGHT ⚡️💫
The amazing @shani.jessica_ shani.jessica_ and I have been working together for just over a year now at @blackbirdfitness247 🖤
With a combination of training + nutrition, we’ve been able to hit Shani’s goal weight, WHILE building muscle for strength and shape at the same time!
Her waist has dropped over 10cm, AND not to mention her hip thrust volume has increased by 51%!!
I’m obsessed with her back progress if you can’t tell - but she has had a complete body recomp. Not only does she strength training, but also owns her own business and runs around like crazy, so hitting macro and micronutrient goals is all that more important for her energy levels.
It’s not about perfection with this, it’s about CONSISTENCY. We’ve hit the nail on the head 👏
Our next goal now, is refining muscle groups for even more shape.
CLIENT HIGHLIGHT 👇
The amazing @emilyyjaanee and I have been working with eachother doing 1:1 PT sessions at @blackbirdfitness247 as well as nutrition, for well over a year now.
She has lost a total of 15KG!!! 🥳 and over 22cm off of her waist.
More importantly, shes enjoyed the process and has had a massive strength increase (especially with her core!!). Her goal was to be able to hold herself accountable, have a better relationship with food and have a planned structure at the gym.
Despite how busy of a life she leads, she’s got it done. Very proud and excited to see what’s to come! 👏
PREP CLIENT UPDATE - 9 WEEKS OUT 🔥
The epitome of sticking to the plan.
Firstly, Tay didn’t just “diet into” this look. We have been working together for 55 weeks. She also has years of strength training behind her, and a dancer’s background, with SOLID muscle density.
⬇️⬇️⬇️
➡️ We’ve chosen meal guide not macros (less variables, room for error, or digestion issues we are dealing with). The only changes are when we have refeeds, and these are based off heavily both subjective and objective feedback. However, Tay has a good understanding of calories and macros, so is able to swap a few ingredients especially with her ninja creami desserts etc.
➡️ x5 days strength training, with a lower focus to fit the wellness criteria.
➡️ 10k steps with additional bike on upper days (recently added)
and no, no PEDs or peptides.
This wasn’t a last-minute decision either. We’ve spoken about this for years, and I have old posing videos back from 2023.
Keep to dice down and see Tay in her final form, 9 weeks in the future. Very proud of her, LETS GO 🔪❤️
@icnaustralia@icn_sa@icn_nsw
I’m still the same girl, just showing up differently.
More consistent. More focused. More intentional with everything I do.
You can see the shape starting to come through now, and that’s coming from discipline behind the scenes, the late nights, juggling mum life with my business and prep, and staying committed even on the hard days.
This isn’t luck. It’s standards.
And we’re only just getting started 🤍

Let’s talk prep so far,
From 28 weeks out to 18 weeks later, it has been far from easy. This shows such a minuscule snippet.
I challenged myself for this to raise my own standard, and it has asked more of me than just discipline in the gym or consistency with my meals. It’s asked me to pull my energy back towards myself when everything around me demanded it elsewhere. To choose early nights, the planned meals, the structured days even when life, travel, work, and a social calendar made it inconvenient.
It’s looked like navigating with Tupperware and a scale on my person at all times. Scheduling workouts before commitments. Learning that sometimes showing up doesn’t look like motivation, it looks like doing it anyway. It looks like pushing myself to mentally function throughout the day and repeat the process over and over. It looks like being my constant biggest critic with every waking moment.
But it’s about showing up on the days I didn’t want to.
Showing up when I was tired.
Showing up when it would’ve been easier to skip.
And maybe the hardest part, learning to keep going when the doubt got louder. When judgement came from people I thought would understand. When support didn’t look the way I expected it to. When I thought people would think I’m becoming cocky when I’m moreso becoming comfortable for once in my own skin. When I was told I was becoming obsessed, when the truth is it has to be to achieve a goal.
Growth rarely comes from comfort.
But it comes with becoming someone you’ve never been before.
Still showing up day by day, one step at a time
PREP CLIENT SPOTLIGHT ⭐️
Half way through her first wellness prep for @icn_sa & @icnaustralia with ~13 weeks to go.
13 weeks out can feel like a strange place to be, because you’re so deep in, but also so far out at the same time.
I have been super proud of the way @tay.gia has handled herself so far. Prep isn’t always easy, especially as a first timer as you don’t ever know what to 100% expect, no matter how much someone tries to explain it to you.
Tay has stuck to her guide, checked in EVERY single week, and communicated with me. I know exactly where she’s at, physically, mentally, digestive-wise, pretty much her entire life schedule at this point 😂
A lot of what people see online is purely the end result on stage or peak week, which is why I love this video she sent me.
❗️❗️The process is 95% of competing, stage time is the other 5%. THIS is what prep is, the same routine, over and over again. Which is why you must love the process, and find joy in every day ❗️❗️
