2025年は走って走って駆け抜けて、いろんな探検をした一年。そして、本当にたくさんの出会いや皆さまのおかげで実りのある一年でした。本当にお世話になりました🕊️🧡 来年もよろしくお願いいたします！

EXPEDITION CLUB NEW YORK🍎
Thank you for everyone exploring the outdoor history with us! It was quite an experience and made me realize how powerful and precious moments I could’ve been part of.
6年越しのNYはやっぱりパワフルで、そんな憧れの地でとっても素敵でかっこいい大先輩達と、一つの事を成し遂げられるなんて思ってもみませんでした。
自分の成長を感じられた一面、もっと頑張りたい面も見つけられた今の自分に必要な時間でした。「いい経験だった！」で終わらせないように、もっと高みを目指して頑張ります🏔️(温かく見守ってください🫶)
やっぱり、自分の好きをNYという舞台で実現するために戦っている大人は本当にかっこよかった。 @nepenthes_newyork のタクヤさん、 @kiyoshinoki キヨさん、そして @shigerukaneko 金子さん、たくさんの学びを本当にありがとうございました！引き続き宜しくお願い致します🗽

A throwback to last month to the special Outdoor Jacket Exhibition that we helped organise in London. Expedition Club London showcased a host of American Outdoor Jackets from Shigeru Kanekos Archive (BEAMS Japan Chief Buyer) with a selection of Rag Parades Archive which consisted of mainly British & European Items.
Alongside the items of clothing, we also showcased a huge selection of Outdoor Clothing Catalogues from the Outdoor Recreation Archive at the University of Utah. Visitors could view, touch and read the physical catalogues as well as study the clothing items.
To keep on the Expedition theme, we had Mike Wood (The Old Watch Shop), showcase the history of the Rolex Explorer 1, including predecessors, rare variations, boxes and ephemera.
Upstairs we also hosted a Special Rag Parade Pop-Up Shop with Vintage Outerwear that was available for sale from the 1930’s all the way up to the 1990’s. We also sold Special Exhibition Screen-Printed Souvenir Bags and copies of Shigerus Book.
The Exhibition launched with a Private View Party on the Thursday Night with visitors from all over the globe and rand over the next 3 days with a Panel Talk about Mountain Style on the Sunday with Professor Andrew Groves (Westminster University, Henry Iddon (Mountain Style Book), Jojo Elgarice (Rag Parade) & Shigeru Kaneko (Beams).
A special thanks to all that made this Exhibition possible and to Professor Andrew Groves at Westminster University for all of the help. I can’t thank you enough for everyone who joined this wonderful adventure! Especially, @prof.andrewgroves , @ragparadesheffield and @outdoorrecarchive , you are the one of the kindest professionals who wonderful to work with. I miss you guys already! Also @shigerukaneko always inspires and motivates me to make this project to be the best ones, so I’m so honored to be part of his project!
Anyhow, Expedition Club’s journey is not over yet, can’t wait to see you all soon in our next joint!
