I’m really speechless at the response to my artwork, TikTok was always just a little experiment for me, knowing how starved for real connection humanity is, and wondering if emotional raw connection would even resonate or be dismissed as “too much” “too intense” or whatever else people like to dismiss feeling from a place of deep heart and hope and pain, as. Guttural is gross to people in real life, yet it’s the essence of what it is to be alive.

We shot in a historic landmark in Copenhagen Denmark 🩵 just before the world shut down.

This is what couture looks like before the final frame.
For AURA DIONE’s “COLORBLIND”, the lead gown was custom couture — every detail handcrafted by hand, from the sculpted bodice to each individually made bow. The entire piece traveled with me to Denmark, alongside over 100 yards of pink satin.
On set, that fabric became the string quartet’s dresses, draped live, directly on their bodies as they sat for the performance. No patterns. No replicas. Each gown shaped in the moment for movement, light, and music.
Every cut you’re seeing is a different stage of the process , from raw material to final performance.
