What does life at #InletDistrict actually feel like?
In collaboration with @Plan.Your.Space , we brought one of our 3-bedroom homes at 1 Market Square to life through a full-scale immersive floorplan experience, guided by our sales team member, Kyla.
Using a life-size projection of the actual layout, the space is experienced at true scale, offering a more tangible understanding of the openness, flow, and functionality of the home in a way traditional floorplans canât.
An immersive way to better understand how our homes can support your everyday life.
Loved working with the @gracorpproperties team on this planning session. What stood out to me most was how much they cared about the future homeowner experience. Every conversation came back to how the space would actually feel, function, and support the people living in it.
That is where lifesize space planning becomes so valuable.
When you can walk through a layout at full scale, you start to understand the little details that shape daily life: circulation, spacing, sightlines, flow, and how each room connects.

They came in wanting to get clarity on a few key areas of the home, making sure the sizes felt right and that everyone involved in the project was aligned before moving further into the build.
