THE ART OF CRAFTSMANSHIP THROUGH CERAMICS
Look closely at the plate in front of you every time you dine at Pizza 4Pâs.
It was shaped by hand, from clay sourced nearby, then slowly refined and dipped in glaze - one piece at a time.
Our Partner, Dong Gia ceramics, comes from Bat Trang village - a place with an unlikely origin story: rice farmers who learned to work with clay during the off-season. Generation by generation, that side skill became the villageâs identity, and today Bat Trang ceramics are recognized well beyond Vietnam.
When you sit down at Pizza 4Pâs, that history of the plate sits at the table with you.

SUSTAINABILITY
DEDICATED PARTNERS
We believe good food and a healthier Earth aren't separate goals. It's something we've cared about for a long time, and a few years ago, we decided to give that care a proper home: a dedicated team whose job is to think about what comes in, what goes out, and what we leave behind.
They show up in the garden, at supplier visits across Viet Nam, at workshops with kids discovering where food actually comes from. They're at the table when every new menu is being built - not as a checkpoint, but as a habit we're trying to make permanent.
We're still learning. But the hope is that ten years from now, this isn't a department anymore - it's just how we do things.
The most remembered restaurants won't just serve thoughtfully curated food. They'll be part of the reason good food is still possible. We're trying to be one of them - because someone inside cares about the earth, about how things are made, and about leaving things a little better than we found them.
If you'd like to see where we are, and where we're headed - our 2025 Sustainability Report is out now. Link in bio.
[TRAN NGOC DIEN SIGNATURE MENU]
Burrata Caprese with Clarified Tomato Water Â
Burrata this fresh is almost too delicate to touch - cool, creamy, yielding at the slightest pressure, pooling slowly into the plate. Caprese is one of Italy's oldest expressions of simplicity: good tomato, good cheese, good oil, nothing more. Here we take that tomato and clarify it - passing it through patience until only the pure, bright, weightless essence remains. Just something that tastes, somehow, more like itself than you imagined possible.
We hope it makes you smile.

[2025 SUSTAINABILITY REPORT LAUNCH]
LOOK BACK, LEAP FORWARD
â Read our Sustainability Report, 2025 edition: link in bio
As Earth Day arrives, we're sharing our 2025 Sustainability Report. This is more like an honest journal, capturing our year-long environmental, social and Oneness journey, reflecting our ongoing commitment to learning, growing and deepening our connection to the Earth that nurtures us all.
2025 was a challenging year, but also a year of preparation. We opened Tran Ngoc Dien - a space built around the concept of "Regenerative" - where through food, design and the way people gather, we tried to make something invisible tangible: that everything in this world circulates and connects. Oneness here is not a concept. It's something you can feel through all your senses.
Then came the decision that brought us back to the very beginning: a location in Brooklyn, New York, opening this summer. It sounds like an expansion, but for us, it felt more like a question resurfacing - the same one we asked when we first started: What kind of value can Pizza 4P's truly offer? New York is not just a new horizon, but a chance for us to find out.
These two milestones - one rooted, one reaching - shaped how we saw 2025. A year of planting, of testing whether our roots were deep enough to hold.
Entering 2026, those seeds are beginning to ask for light.
To everyone who walked alongside us - our Guests, our Partners, our collaborators, and those we met briefly but meaningfully - this report belongs to you as much as it does to us. The stories inside were made together. The progress, however small, was shared.
We're simply, deeply grateful.
We invite you to read our 2025 Sustainability Report - not for the data alone, but for the people and moments behind them.

[TRAN NGOC DIEN MENU]
Fig and Prosciutto with Gorgonzola Piccante
Not everyone knows we have a menu made just for Tran Ngoc Dien.
Thereâs a concept behind this space - Regeneration. The food is part of that. You will feel it not just in the nature around you, but gently woven into what arrives on your plate.
The Fig and Prosciutto with Gorgonzola Picante is one of them. Fresh fig, ripe and a little sweet. Prosciutto sliced thing, salted just enough to put you in. A house-made cheese underneath - soft, mild, the type that holds a dish together. Then Gorgonzola Picante at the end - sharp, a little electric, giving you a finish that lingers.
Only at Tran Ngoc Dien. Come and experience this special menu.

TRAN NGOC DIEN EXHIBIT
CYCLES OF REGENERATION
How does a place regenerate itself?
It does - not through big reinvention but through small, daily decisions. That question shaped everything in the Tran Ngoc Dien space. Over a year of research into how people in Saigon regenerate their everyday environments, we ran workshops with local makers and researchers with the host of @for_cities studio and watched closely. How objects get repurposed. How spaces get quietly reinterpreted. How communities adapt to nature, not against it.
Those observations gradually became inspiration for this place. The materials, the layout, the garden, the atmosphere - all of it grew from what we found in the field.
This riso-printed booklet documents that process: the fieldwork, the workshops, the looking that happened before Trần Ngáťc Diáťn opened. It traces one thread - adaptive design, the kind you see when someone turns bamboo into a ladder, or finds a second life for something ordinary.
There are 9 more observations displayed in the exhibit. Each one is a different way of seeing the same thing: that regeneration quietly happens every day.
Theyâre all waiting for you to explore.

GARDEN OF REGENERATION đ¸
While you dine at Pizza 4P's Tran Ngoc Dien, look through the windows at our garden ecosystem. You'll see herbs, flowers and water flowing through ponds.
After your meal, walk outside to see how the garden works. The wetland uses purple flowering plants to purify tap water - no chemicals, just natural filtration. This clean water irrigates the entire garden. Flower beds feed the bees that pollinate our herbs and vegetables. The herb garden's rich smell comes from healthy soil, strengthened by deep grass roots that build nutrients. Trees provide shade, clean the air, and shelter the plants below. Purple balloon vine climbs the structures. Orange jasmine trees bloom. Stone basins attract birds. Look up to find our "bird hotel" - a wooden shelter where birds, insects, and small creatures nest.
We partnered with Hung's Blomsterhus from Da Lat, a flower studio that uses only wire and natural materials - no foam or synthetics. The seedlings came from Thien Sinh Farm, our longtime partner since 2011. We let nature do the rest.
This is regeneration: what feeds the bees feeds the herbs, what cleans the water nourishes the soil, what shelters the birds cools your table. Nothing exists alone - the garden thrives because everythingâs connected to one and another.
When visiting us at Tran Ngoc Dien, you're warmly welcome to step outside, slow down and feel that connection for yourself.

THE MENU THAT GROWS ON YOU đ
At Pizza 4P's Tran Ngoc Dien, the menu isn't a list - it's a conversation. Made exclusively for this space, it's the first thing we shaped, and the first thing that finds you.
This place is rooted in Regeneration - the quiet cycle where one living thing sustains another. Birds, bees, soil, water. Everything here gives back to everything else.
The menu carries that spirit. Earthy tones, warm and grounded. Layers of paper stacked like layers of earth, each one resilient in its own way. And woven across its pages, small observations from Saigon - a city that has always known how to take what's worn and make it bloom.
We hope something here in this menu book stays with you. A gentle reminder that regeneration isn't only for gardens or cities - it's a quiet healing that's always within reach.

PIZZA 4P'S OPENS IN USA đşđ¸
@pizza4ps.us
Pizza 4P's is honored to announce the opening of Pizza 4P's USA - a deeply meaningful milestone as the brand makes its American debut in New York City. Our first location will open at 50 Norman Avenue, Brooklyn, bringing the philosophy, craft and warmth that has shaped 4P's across Asia to a new home.
We are guided by a simple belief: ONENESS. That producers, chefs, staff, guests, and the environment are not separate - but part of the same whole. For 15 years, this belief has shaped everything we do, from house-made cheeses and thoughtfully sourced ingredients to the sincere hospitality we bring to every table. We always aim to go beyond just serving pizza but create moments of connection, gratitude and shared joy.
[What the Earth Told Me]
Stories of Peace by the 4P's Family
Some moments stay with us.
Time spent with someone you love, outside. A taste. A smile. A sound you'll never forget.
For our Brooklyn space, we've gathered those moments - memories of peace from walks through forests, open fields, quiet rain, and stillness in nature - and woven them into the place itself. Into the food, the art, the music, the objects around you.
Each dish, each piece begins with a memory. Each one ends with sharing.
This is what the earth told us. We're bringing it to Brooklyn.

PIZZA 4PâS HANOI CENTRE
ONENESS THROUGH SOUND
We're excited to share that Pizza 4P's Hanoi Centre is ready to serve you with a whole new difference - a space where sound becomes architecture and everything connects.
Walk in and the Nature Chorus designed by @agency_x_ and @digitalnativ stops you right at the entrance. Plants grow along the walls, connected to a device that makes the invisible visible - or rather, audible. You hear them breathing - their micro-frequencies transformed into sound, shifting in real time as you move. A living chorus that's never the same twice. Suddenly you understand: there's a connection between you, the plants and the space.
The sound continues through @taguchispeaker_official - a Japanese brand revered for clarity that reveals rather than imposes. Tokyo-based DJ and music curator @eita_godo , who's spent decades understanding how sound shapes feeling, created two distinct soundscapes for us: smoky, uplifting selections for lunch and jazz-infused tracks that turn the room intimate at night.
Then there's the pizza oven, center stage and adorned like a disco ball. Our pizza makers aren't just cooking - they're performing. Watch dough spin, flames leap, toppings land, all choreographed to rhythm. Making food becomes theater you can taste.
Even the artistic indigo tapestry by @bhgstudio.id breathes with you. Their wave-like patterns sync to the shared rhythm, designed to respond to air currents and body heat. They move as you pass - a deep blue tide ebbing and flowing with the life in the room.
