Project: "The Melt"
Material: Cernit translucent polymer clay.
The Melt is an idea that popped into my head: to create a statement jewelry piece for the neck that is organic and captures the movement of material melting from the heat of the body...
from the inner flame of passion for love and for life. 😏
That is the reason for the choice of colors. It starts with red, born from intense heat, and as it runs down the body and cools, it becomes transparent and clear, much like the desire for passion, life, love, and creativity! ✨️
The Melt is not a "pretty" piece... it is a statement!
And to be honest, art isn't always pleasant and isn't always pretty... but it is always a statement to the person whose soul it touches.

@piloforizo did a wonderful job with the organization, and we are thankful that we could hold this class in his beautiful concept store in the city centre. 🎉
During the two day class, we talked about many techniques and approaches to working with clay, and about building the construction and individual parts of the beetle brooches. In the end, everyone finished their piece in own unique variation. 👏🏻
