The April Mystery Box Challenge, organized together with the @fimostaedtler team for our Society members, brought so many creative results.🌸 Using the very same selection of materials and tools, the artists created everything from jewellery and sculptural vessels to wall art and personal storytelling pieces. A huge congratulations to our three winners of the April Mystery Box Challenge! • @bysandracallander stood out with a delicate sculptural opening box, full of subtle textures and soft colours. The flowers were covered with a layer of liquid clay and frosted with glass inclusions, creating a beautiful sparkling effect. • @fanafrog created a striking wall art inspired by Klimt’s style, enriched by a personal sculptural interpretation of a Mongolian woman wearing a traditional costume called a “Deel”. • @dasha.paradoks impressed us with an incredibly detailed and atmospheric sculptural gazebo, combining storytelling, technical precision, and beautiful surface work. Her piece involved many technical challenges during sculpting, baking, and connecting numerous individual parts into one final composition. The main prize that Dasha is taking home is a free ticket to this year’s Polymer Week 2026 event in the Czech Republic. 🧡 Explore the Society challenges at

There are dolls that sit on a shelf and look pretty. Then there are dolls that look back at you – quietly, with something unspoken in their eyes, as if they have been waiting for someone to notice them. 👀 Meet Alison Jackson, a UK-based art doll maker who combines polymer clay, textiles, and wood to bring her figures to life. Her dolls are soft, delicate, and often carry a quiet sense of melancholy – the kind that draws you in, rather than demands attention. “They look like they need love and a hug,” she says. Step into Alison’s imaginative world and discover the emotion, detail, and personality behind her artwork in this new interview on the Society.

The fourth artist joining the teaching team of Polymer Week 2026 this October is none other than Andreea Corpodean from Romania. 🥳 Her attention to detail and desire to create work that feels complete from every angle make her artwork distinctive within our community. Focused on sculptural designs inspired by nature, Andreea’s work often features winged creatures such as birds, moths, dragons, and butterflies. 🦋 In recent years, Andreea has also been exploring multifunctional designs, including reversible pendants, artworks incorporating detachable jewellery elements, and pieces that transform into glowing creations in low light. In the mood to create artwork that is bold, eccentric, precisely crafted, and eye-catching? 👀 We are excited to share this online class created by Margita Alsina from Scotland, who transforms a simple fruit into expressive sculptures full of teeth, texture, and attitude. Throughout the class, you will explore how subtle details can bring emotion and personality to life, while also learning how to modify your piece into something more cartoonish or, if you dare, a little scarier. Curious about Olga Chernyshova’s class at Polymer Week 2026? 👀 After years of working within contemporary jewellery in a strictly black and white palette, Olga is now returning to colour — and the result is hollow, lightweight, modern, and extraordinary! Her approach keeps form, structure, and balance at the forefront, resulting in pieces that feel both thoughtful and powerful. We can’t wait to see the many variations of this project that will come to life in the hands of our attendees. 🥳

The third artist joining our teaching team at Polymer Week 2026 is Olga Chernyshova. 🥳 Deeply inspired by nature, Olga translates organic rhythms and structures into refined compositions, most often expressed through brooches and necklaces. What makes her work particularly striking is her sensitivity to contrast, often explored through a strictly black and white palette. In recent months, however, her curiosity has led her towards colour, opening a new chapter in her exploration. And that is exactly what her class at the event will be about. Curious to see a sneak peek? 👀 Find more at and join us this October in the Czech Republic.

Have you tried using our Metal Stencils for Mokume Gane technique? 👀 Here’s a small example using a rainbow Skinner blend layered over a white sheet of polymer clay, built up in very thin layers so all the colours come through beautifully when slicing the textured sheet. It’s a simple idea, but it opens up so many new possibilities. Explore all the Stencils at /metal-stencils 🧡
