I bet y'all weren't wondering how we made those pionty-ass shoulders hold up 10+ pounds of glass beads... but ima show you anyways.
1. Muslin interface
2. Canvas and felt reinforced shoulder
3. Glue hand carved foam to the biggest shoulder pad you can find.
4. Smooth out with 1/2" bra cup foam.
5. Add stability with boning.
Lots of trial and error.
Im sure there will be lots of differing ideas and opinions, but this is what worked for us!
