@pierce.prc returns to @sublunar_records with his first full EP, Sentimento. With this release, he further defines his artistic voice, establishing himself as one of the most eclectic and distinctive emerging artists in the scene. Selecting the final tracks for this project wasn’t easy given the overall quality of the material, which makes me even prouder to finally share this release with you. From the groove-driven energy of Luminous and Sentimento to the darker tension of Cassiopeia, the EP unfolds through powerful rhythms, distorted textures, hypnotic vocals and immersive club energy, with Gunslinger, Twisted Fantasy and Deliria further expanding Pierce’s versatile sonic identity. The digital cuts Morphosis and Abyss dive deeper into darker and groove-focused territory, completing the release with two immersive closing pieces. Kyiv, this was our first visit, and we’re already counting the days until we return to this magical place. Playing in a club with such unique architecture, a pure bliss sound system, and such a warm, welcoming team is something we’ll revisit in our memories often. After a winter spent in the studio refining his language, his sound has gained new clarity. Expect glimpses of upcoming releases, seamlessly woven into an energetic techno set—focused, intense, uncompromising. Closing the day are Pierce (he/him) & Uväll (he/him)—two rising talents from Georgia. Closing out the year with 4-track ep on my own imprint “Secret Knock” opens the door with restrained, almost robotic vocals layered over warm yet gritty drums, setting the mood with a sense of ritual and anticipation. “Intercept” follows with a sharp, sophisticated synth line locked into a hypnotic loop, pushing the energy forward while keeping a controlled, mechanical edge. At its peak, “Covert” delivers maximum impact, a driving, loopy synth paired with a signature drum workout designed for full floor momentum. “Cerulean” acts as the final chapter, exploring FM synthesis where call and response phrases intertwine, creating a dialogue that slowly dissolves into atmosphere.
