At 89, my mom @auntierubywong is a favorite & eager travel companion, especially re-visiting places we once lived. In #hongkong - the familiarity of its landscape with a lot of hills, which to her hasn’t changed much compared to other cities - or #cantonese food in general. Always hitting home for us including @thechairmanrestauranthk #kinskitchen @holeefookhk and really can only experienced here and no where else. Can’t wait to return to all of them this week, have #pigeon every meal - and speaking Cantonese exclusively all over again.

When choosing where to eat I often look at #dessert menu first. Prior to #mumbai I reminded @dont_undersalt about not missing the sweets @americanobombay and @otrabombay - 2 of @chefalexsanchez restaurants - in particular my usual #tiramisu & lemon tart. And so that’s how it all went down, with several great snacks, pasta, taco, duck, cocktails, and more. Definitely a highlight of my trip #india and also very cute #cats in the neighborhood.
