From TJ Conwi (@tjconwi ) being recognized with the “Chef with Heart” award, to Etienne Buddingh leading Oddfish @oddfishrestaurant to Best Seafood Restaurant and pastry chef Prajakta Sankhe of Kavita @restaurant.kavita celebrating the restaurant’s win for Best Indian Restaurant, it’s incredibly rewarding to see our alumni making their mark across the industry. After honing his skills under European legends like Alain Ducasse, Paul Bocuse, and the Marco Pierre White Restaurant Group, he moved to Vancouver to lead prestigious kitchens at the Sutton Place Hotel and Caffé dé Medici. Holding a Provincial Instructor Diploma as well as a Red Seal for Cooking, Baking, and Butchery, Chef Ben dedicated his career to education in 2014 to help students reach their culinary goals!
