This may look like the body of a weak and sleepy man with a bit of a cold, but it is in fact the body of a man who is running the Hackney Half in May in aid of @warchilduk !!
Over the last few years we’ve seen the devastating impact of an unbelievable amount of conflict worldwide- Gaza, Sudan and most recently Iran, to name just three- and it’s really easy to feel powerless and despairing in the face of all of it. War Child is the only specialist charity for children affected by conflict, protecting, educating and advocating for the rights of children living through the unthinkable. They are a charity who make me feel marginally less despairing, and I’m extremely honoured to be raising funds for them this year.
I know it’s a tough time for so many of us financially atm, but every penny you donate will go directly to sending life-saving aid to children in war zones, and War Child and I will be so so grateful for anything you can donate.

Absolutely stoked to the gills to announce that next Feb @jmsnsh and I will be resurrecting our dear cursed baby, Guidelines.
As a lot of you will know, this is a show we’ve been working on for a very very long time and are enormously proud of, and it is a dream to be doing it at @newdiorama , a theatre that has formed such an enormous part of my theatrical landscape.

Privileged BEYOND privileged to spend 10 whole days at @thegrangeprojects , working on some new stuff. As ever, finding the space and time to just BE an artist for a minute feels alien and a bit confronting, and I’m profoundly grateful to this place for being such a haven of support creativity. At the end of the day, it’s about hard work, clarity and faith. Thanks from the bottom of my heart to @nicolast.reeten and @johnnyplow for being such magnificent hosts, and to the dream team @liv_ello , @fredrix.vermin , @toe.to.the.bee , @symoreyn and @hannamade for their kindness, rigour and provocation.
