Thanks are due again to @lynnes_artroom for organising another successful afternoon workshop exploring a technique for using tempera paint as a resist for Indian ink. Food for thought and further experimentation!
Credit must also go to @jane.dunnewold who developed this technique.
Some little gems of small collages made by @lindawalshstitchart , as always they are inspired by her travels.

New member @bobbiefrancesartist has been very busy completing a Graduate Diploma qualification but she is pleased to be back in the studio experimenting with new ideas, patterns and textures. We are looking forward to seeing where this goes.

We're loving these vibrant prints and small collages made by @lynnes_artroom using her photo polymer plate from a couple of posts back.

Jo has been busy sketching the tumbledown boat sheds on the banks of the Thames before they get "renovated" and making beautiful greetings cards. If you want one of her cards, you will have to visit the @prismtextiles exhibition at the Art Pavilion, Mile End, 17 to 26 April.

If you were wondering what on earth was behind some of the wildly crazy exhibits in our recent show, you can read all about them in the latest blog post on our website. You can also find there an archive of interesting articles about the doings of our group and reviews of exhibitions that we have visited. It's well worth a browse!

Many thanks to everyone who came to our Meet the Artists afternoon today. It was lovely to receive so many appreciative comments, and lots of interesting conversations were had and connections made. A thoroughly enjoyable time!

Well these are quite wild aren't they? We enjoy working on collaborative projects and the idea of the 'Exquisite Corpse" seemed to fit our title of Wild and Wilder. Each body section is made by a different person without being able to see what previous participants have done. The idea is to work as intuitively as possible, just letting whatever is in your head flow out - the mind boggles!
If you'd like to meet them in person, head down to Chichester, to the @oxmarketcontemporary and if you'd like to meet us, most of us will be there on Saturday 7th March, 12 - 3pm.
