4 years of BĀ NOMU. ♥️ what started as a small idea years ago became a place filled with amazing people & unforgettable nights. over the years, the BĀ NOMU family kept growing — team members, friends, guests, partners & regulars who all became part of this journey in their own unique way. thank you to everyone who supported us, believed in us, shaped this place & created countless memories with us over the last four years 🤝 looking back at the early days feels surreal, but the heart behind BĀ NOMU never changed. 4 years later, we’re still here, still growing & more excited than ever for all the beautiful projects, ideas & memories still ahead of us. ✨ Happy 4th Birthday to us. 🥂

A month ago today we flew to Ljubljana and I can’t believe how time flies (yet again) !! 🫪 Must say tho, thank you to @julian.yc , was so lovely to work with you behind the bar 🧼🧼🧼 Biggest thanks to @galpilko & @jan_krizaj - you gave us the biggest love on a busy Tuesday night and the best jokes that could have been delivered hehehe🫯 Again, I loved each moment of this shift and it was perfect 🧘🏻‍♀️ Another moment I can remember how much this job means to me 🔒 ANYWAYS !! have fun looking through the darkness ✨✨✨

@brusselsbarshow you did not disappoint 🙂‍↔️ Nothing better than seeing some of the funniest (for real), inspiring, and creative people I’ve had the pleasure to meet in this industry once again 💛🩷💚 What’s even better, is that it wasn’t just a lil trip where my belly hurts from laughing, but you get to learn about what makes these people and this job so special and why it’s bloody worth it. I cannot stress how inspiring it is. The passion (especially from these guys) = unbeatable Thank you all for looking after us and making sure we were well and truly looked after ;) Lowkey was weird for once to go to this kind of event and not work 😂

In honour of me and @dustinxle returning to Belgium (but this time in Brussels for @brusselsbarshow , last time in Bruges), I thought I’d finally share one of my absolute fav guests shifts to date! We fell in love with @ranvanongevalle and @julien_beerden since the first time we met when they came to Hamburg in June for their guest shift at Bā Nomu. Then, Dustin and I had the chance to meet the whole @bar.ran.brugge team and the family in Bruges later that year - they were all so nice that they made us feel like we were a part of that 🫶 Also, we got to learn so much about Bruges, had some of the most insane chocolate ever @thechocolateline and I nearly made me and Dustin miss our train home 😁 No words can describe how real and heartwarming it all felt. Greatest part was getting an amazing vintage cocktail session from Ran and drinks made by a legend himself @janvanongevalle To hopefully be reunited again so soon 🥰 What a place, what a team, what a family. #industwetrust

🇭🇰❤️THE OPPOSITES X BA NOMU💙🇩🇪 Hong Kong. You were so much in such a little time. A fever dream stitched together with neon lights and late night taxis. At moments, it felt like we had wandered onto a film set and nobody yelled cut. It felt like home in the strangest way. Not because it was familiar, but because of the people. I ended up speaking a lot more German than I anticipated. The laughter. The ease. The way we were folded in without hesitation. Two cities. No expectations. Both beautiful in completely different languages. They could not be more opposite, yet somehow that made it better. Once again we were completely spoilt by the kindness of @kwok.samuel and the team at @theoppositeshk . I genuinely do not remember laughing that hard in ages. Disorientation and confusion could not dull the shine of this place. If anything, it added to the magic. We managed to visit some unreal bars: • @mius.hongkong • @coahongkong • @montanabarhk • @barleonehk • @sugarkinghk • @theoldman_hk The hospitality @dustinxle and I were shown was next level. Every single place welcomed us with so much heart. I still get emotional thinking about it. It was such a fun guest shift. Always giggling and happy behind a busy bar. Also, madness to think we sold out in just around 2 hours 🫶 thank you to everyone who came and supported. Biggest apologies to my fav @lukas.ratschenberger as I finally managed to annoy you in brand new way, yet you still stayed right by my side the entire time. Elite patience. 🤝 Thank you @jade.mariel.m for joining and making it feel more like home, to @aless0812 for the drinks and the skills that deserves its own spotlight, and to everyone we met 🩷 love meeting lovely people everywhere. Again, to @kwok.samuel and the whole team, THANK YOU 💜 We have so much love for you. Thank you for taking us in as one of your own. Thank you for the chaos, the card games (it’s not over), the warmth. We will never forget it. I know I do say thank you a lot, but there are moments in life that only come once. This was one of them. And you made it unforgettable. Even with my questionable memory. Also… I miss the warm weather hehehe.
