One of my favorite things is being a good representation of being silly and free. Flowing is a judgment-free space; it’s not a time to critique, it’s a time to feel and move freely!
If you’re flowing and get anxiety, here are three steps that help me reach a flow state wherever I flow:
⭐️ I take a breath as I start to flow and look at my surroundings to confidently tell myself I’m safe and there’s no reason to be scared.
⭐️ I start to dance with my star—no routine, no special moves—just dance freely with your star.
⭐️ Watch your star. Instead of looking around, I watch my star while I dance. This helps lock me into what I’m doing without getting pulled out of my flow state.
Remember, flow is about being free and letting go. It’s an amazing way to release pent-up energy and to take a break from thoughts to just be present. Be kind to yourself, be generous to others, and always keep the vibes high❣️⭐️
