Take the time you need ALONE weather it be to heal, to clear your thoughts, to find yourself again, to RESET. Sometimes we get so lost in the daily stress of life that we forget to nurture ourselves too. You cannot take care of anything until you begin to take care of yourself.

It has been just about 10 months since I started flowing! (One year in may!) One thing flowing has taught me is to SLOW DOWN and TRUST THE PROCESS! For me personally I’ve adopted flow as a form of self expression & therapy! Whenever I’m overwhelmed, I’ll dance around with this thing. Life is too short to not express yourself & have fun. Embrace your mistakes and challenge yourself to learn something new along the way. Remember, it’s all apart of the process.
