In late 2023 @mad_lab_gram (r.i.p.) sent me a track, asking me to put some drums on it. It was called 'en el futuro.wav'. Never managed to finish it, because the brother decided to move on from this world early. We lost a legend that day.
I decided to finish what we had started, and got @pharu92 to join. A most talented MC from Leipzig and longtime collaborator of madlab.

PHARU & DUKTUS teaming up together with their first song “Lemon and Sugar”. Atlanta driven Drummachine Grooves coming together with soulful piano, synthchords and basslines that generate an exciting atmosphere. Pharu’s hypnotic flow and his powerful incoming lyrics about his shimmering experiences in life and how he walks through it with hiphop, makes the song a strong statement with repeatfactor.
