Celebrating excellence, leadership, and academic achievement! PGCPS is proud to honor the Class of 2026 Valedictorians and Salutatorians. 🎓 #pgcpsproud
Last night, Fire Chief Thelmetria Michaelides and PGFD personnel were joined by members of @pgcountyexec Aisha Braveboy’s cabinet, DCAO for Public Safety & Homeland Security Melvin Powell, @pgcps leadership, and the families and friends of 15 high school seniors to recognize their graduation from the High School Fire Science Cadet Program. For the last two years, these students have worked in the classroom and completed practical exercises to build knowledge and skills, preparing them to further their education in colleges and universities or enter the career field. The lessons learned in discipline, courage, and hard work will allow them to show #excellenceineverything in all of their future endeavors. Please join us in congratulating Cadet Class 13!
