The Mayor has publicly confirmed that there is no order to pick up dogs from anywhere in Delhi. Clearly, MCD has illegally picked up over 1200 dogs. The catching must be immediately halted and the impounded dogs accounted for — how many, from where taken to where? Citizen feeders must be enrolled into the care of these dogs and provided all help to ensure their safe return.

A session entitled 'Peaceful Co-Existence: As Simple As ABC' was organised by a citizen's group known as India Unites For Animal Rights and executed by Mrs. Ambika Shukla on 10th May 2023 at the Dy Speaker's Hall at Constitution Club.
It was addressed by eminent jurist Justice JR Middha and senior legal luminaries and attended by an audience of some 200 lawyers, teachers, actors, professionals, and social activists including Mrs. Romi Dev.
We are grateful to the people who attended the same, and here is a glimpse of the session for those who couldn't attend the seminar.

ILLEGAL SALE OF CAMEL MEAT in Frazer town, Karnataka.
Camels are disappearing in India!
Camels are an endangered species, and their business of illegal slaughter and consumption is strictly prohibited under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, and the Rules made there under. Slaughtering a camel or selling and consuming its meat is a punishable offence. The Karnataka High Court has banned the slaughtering of Camels, additionally, as per FSSAI rules camels cannot be slaughtered for food at all.
We request you all to tag the CM of Karnataka @bsbommai.official , MP’s @tejasvisurya , @dksureshofficial , @pcmohanmp and @bjp4india@bjp4karnataka and ask them to stop the sale of camel meat in Frazer town and to enforce the laws that protect this endangered species.
It is essential to preserve the biodiversity of our country and to ensure that illegal activities do not go unpunished.

This unethical, unlawful and horrendous order was passed by the SDM thereby defying all the laws of the land.
The human-animal conflict has several resolutions - backed up by the Supreme Court of India.
PFA has been successfully running vaccination and sterilisation programs in a lot of cities nationwide. Thanks to CGS and Gaurav Dar for organising vaccination drives all over NCR and helping us expand the awareness reach. (Ref: snippets as added above)
Currently, we do not have a team in Begusarai but we are finding volunteers and creating a team that will visit Begusarai for this campaign.
We want to immediately start a campaign to sterilise and vaccinate the dogs of Begusarai. We cannot make this successful without your support.
