I hate running because I am suffering from depression.
I hate running but it does help with something with my brain.
I hate running and getting ready and being alone with myself.
I hate running and somehow the community can be helpful or hateful towards me
Then I remember that I shouldnโt focus with background noise and dramas. A big thanks to @social.impact & @openinguptheoutdoors - I had so many new friends thanks to you ๐ซ๐ฅฐ thanks for keeping the community spirit alive for the BIPOC community.
So if you are suffering from depression like me: itโs not easy every day, most of the time itโs sh!t but you gotta keep it together ๐คท๐พโโ๏ธ
๐ซFind yourself a community where true #crewlove exist, when itโs getting toxic - choose another one and protect your energy.
