A change of pace from the usual big case study posts!
This mark is for Hill-Smith Family Estates, one of Australia’s oldest wine families. I wanted it to capture the feel of the vineyards themselves: twisting, strong, and connected through generations.
Designed to feel as enduring and timeless as the vines, it's one of my favourite logos.
I’ll share a few more logo gems in the weeks ahead. Enjoy! This one was from my time at FutureBrand Australia.
No two businesses grow the same way.
Some move steady, some pivot fast, some expand in unexpected directions. That idea sits at the heart of MYOB’s refreshed identity: progress looks different for everyone. A flexible system of geometric forms captures the many ways businesses grow, rolled out across product, marketing and beyond in bold, unapologetic purple.
Grateful to the amazing MYOB team for the energy and collaboration, with special thanks to Gab McKenzie, Larissa Wick, Kyle Tickell, Estrella Finney, Angus Keech, Sam Ingles, Adam Hayes and Tamara Tan

The look stretched across posters, wristbands, stamps and even a Spotify playlist. Scienceworks gave it real-world presence, and I worked to keep the design cohesive and punchy at every touchpoint.
Tickets sold out. There was a solid media response. Most importantly, the event helped Scienceworks connect with a whole new audience.

The chrome skeletons were a playful nod to the dioramas inside Scienceworks. I imagined them coming alive at night, dancing through the venue like the museum had a body of its own.
I created them using AI tools to meet budget constraints, but more importantly, to tap into the spirit of tech and imagination that drives the museum.
The result felt strange and joyful and totally unique to the event.

SYNC was an after-hours party for under-18s, packed with music, tech and VR.
Held at Scienceworks, the event was designed to connect with teens and show the museum as a place full of energy, creativity and fun.
The name inspired the look. SYNC already has rhythm in it, so the logo uses bold, stacked type that feels like it's always in motion. That became the foundation for everything.

Last week I took to the stage at @process_melbourne and shared a talk called Still Processing, a look back at my career so far, and a bit of where I’m at right now.
From humble beginnings to learning to back myself, it was a chance to reflect on what’s changed, what’s shifting and the anchors that keep me steady: Designing with values. Thinking with depth. Leading with heart.
Thanks to @_markbrown for pulling the night together, and to @richiemel and @hellotomatostudio for their brilliant talks.
More of this energy please ✨

Been sitting on this one for a while 💜
Over the past six months, I worked with @myob to reshape their entire brand system — from creative direction through to design rollout, across product, marketing, motion and more.
We built a flexible identity that could scale across every kind of business, right from the smallest detail to the biggest campaign.
This teaser, created with the brilliant team at @neversitstill.tv , is one of the first glimpses of the new look in the wild.
Can't wait to share the rest soon! Special shout out to @darkovski.alex whose 3D skills helped bring the vision to life 🙏

Thrilled to announce speaker #3: Peter Borg
Peter is an independent brand designer who helps brands find clarity in the messy middle, the point where change is happening, but the way forward isn’t clear. His work bridges that gap, creating brands that not only look good but feel right.
With experience in both small studios and large agencies, he has worked on some of Australia’s most recognised brands, including Woolworths, MYOB and Guide Dogs. His expertise spans everything from high-level strategy to hands-on brand implementation, ensuring brands stay impactful long after the initial work is done.
For Peter, great brands don’t just happen – they are built together. That’s what makes them meaningful, and that’s what makes them last.
