Renovation of an interbellum Radio, Telegraphy & Television building, revealing its valuable elements - high ceilings, fishtail parquet, masonry façade – and adding new ones in a formal/materialistic language that differs but connects. At the back of the plot, a new sculptural volume in concrete and steel was added. It maximizes the available and much needed extra space for the CAW, assuring their low-treshold presence in Vilvoorde’s city centre.

De vergunning voor cohousing Merelbeke BloM werd goedgekeurd. Vlak bij Gent, maar naast het bosrijke CJT, bouwen we 23 energiezuinige woningen en appartementen in een collectieve tuin. De bewoners delen ook het Common House met zaal en keuken, wassalon, logeerkamers, coworking, atelier…
Daarnaast wordt 1.800m2 openbaar bos aangelegd 🌳

Prachtige renders van een project dat in de startblokken staat: d’pastorie! Een bio-ecologische nieuwbouw in Booischot. Samen met @metzichtopzee.architecten en @peritas_adviesbureau werkten we een gebouw uit dat volledig past in de duurzame tijdsgeest waar we ons steentje aan willen bijdragen. Fundering op glasgranulaten, geothermie, warmtepompen, zonnenpanelen en de structuur in CLT. Als je zeker wil zijn van een energiefactuur die onder controle blijft, is een appartement kopen tegenover de kerk van Booischot een aanradertje!
