Anna Lowenstein, Through The Walls [2026] CD design
Sophie's screenprinted heads, painted paper textures and archival cut-outs entered the scanner as artworks in themselves. The days spent in Anna's garden studio - shifting and nudging pixels, layering and over-layering, "should the book go there?" - became a secondary process of orchestration to this album which already contained so much care and life.
Thank you to Anna and her mum too for feeding me so well.

This year has started with an obsession with busy compositions and vibrating colour combos. Stripping back and reworking and falling back in love with scissors. Especially thinking about book spines, rectangles and legibility.

Branding and banner for Goodness Gracious Feast.
So much gratitude and love was felt over the course of the last week. Attending @weoutherefest this year will be remembered for a collection of poignant reasons.
Firstly, to the whole @goodnessgraciousfeast - the overwhelming joy and pride that rushed through me seeing our months of work hit me hard. It’s been an honour to spend all the time it’s taken mashing our visions together to make something as delicious and exciting as your food. Thank you for feeding me and the incredibly fortunate festival goers.
Second, I only managed to get to the festival because of the brilliant Chris and the rest of the @artpedagogy team, helping run workshops in the Family Area. Seeing everybody draw, peel, shred, build and collaborate was a true reminder of the necessity for play and educators with a practice.
This has certainly been one of the largest projects I’ve ever worked on. The many iterations of the logo and banner can be seen in some of these slides.
