We were asked to find and explore a ‘system’ of our choosing. I decided to explore cars as a system of culture. In this publication I explore my connection to cars and the London car culture and community.
Through the use of photography/ portraiture I display the people who make up London’s vibrant car community.
Brief: Write a set of instructions for someone else to follow, explaining how to draw that letter from your typeface. Consider how best to direct someone
through the process of reconstructing this letter from your instructions alone. Then visually present that set of instructions in a way appropriate to the visual
personality of the typeface. So consider format.
