PP got her groove back in January. For about half of 2025 the median nerve in my right hand (my dominant hand, the hand I write with, slice with, chop with etc.) flared up so badly that my thumb was basically tingling all the time. It was so unnerving, pun intended ;) but luckily some time, less stress and of course loads of physical therapy (shout out to @finishlinept !!), it has gotten better. Still not 100%, but I can slice chives, rock climb, ride a bike and do yoga again without constant pins and needles in my hand. January was filled with cooking at home, wow it is so nice to want to cook at home. Kimchi. Pita. So much stew. Canāt wait to open @gigi_greenpoint soon! Big lessons/learning/growth/pain/joy in 2025, Iām sure 2026 will be the same. LFG.
Perriās winter road trip from Detroit back to Brooklyn. It was just the turnpike, and me belting my lil heart out across Ohio and Pennsylvania. Caroline is my dearest friend, weāve know each other since kindergarten and I am so grateful to still have her as a friend!
