I am super psyched to announce that in a few days I will be starting my first full-time job as a Set Fabrication Production Assistant at @swayboxstudios , on the DC feature film Dynamic Duo! As of this post, I’ve packed my bags and started a cross country road trip to New Orleans, where I’ll be starting the newest chapter in my life. Thank you Katherine Connolly, Leila Nguyen, Claudia Amatulli and Claudia Roque for welcoming me into this studio and granting me the opportunity to help build Gotham with this incredible crew! 🦇

That’s a wrap 2025! 🎉🎉🎉
The moment I had to think back over the last year I genuinely couldn’t believe everything that had happened. I’ve lived my career dream, said many hellos, goodbyes (or “see you laters”) and finally got to rest and try new things after a four year non-stop grind. Now that I’ve finally had a moment to step off the treadmill, I can’t help but find myself looking back at the good times (and the tough times), and wondering what the rest of my life will be. No matter what, I feel so grateful for how these experiences and the people in my life have shaped me. It definitely feels like a transitional period of my life, and I can’t help but feel a dose of anxiousness mixed in with the excitement I feel for what could come next.

Miss Illusion is an animated Short film directed by Meryl Chan (@merylstudios ), and created by 20 School of Visual Arts students who collaborated to make this film from start to finish within a 14 week animation workshop.
