One of the biggest questions people ask when they start the process of building a custom home is, “Do I need an architect?” This project is a perfect real-life example of why having a qualified designer—both on the architectural and interior side—matters.
This home has a very small footprint, so without careful, thoughtful consideration, the primary bedroom would have been visible from the front door and the living room. Instead, we created a vestibule that allowed for intentional interior design elements while also keeping the bedroom out of plain sight.
