Finally acquired my dream seats for the STi.
Iāve wanted a set of these JDM STi Recaros pretty much since I bought the car almost 6 years ago. Being that they were never available in the US, they can be pretty hard to find, and in good condition at that.
So when @nrwsti floated the idea of selling his set a few months ago, I knew I had to make it happen. So I booked a one-way flight out to California, rented a car, picked up the seats, and did a 3,000 mile road trip back home to Maryland.
I also added a set of authentic S206 red seatbelts as a finishing touch, something I told myself that lād only buy whenever I was able to get a set of these Recaros.
With everything now installed, I can confidently say the interior of this car is exactly the way I envisioned it.

Iāve reached a point over the past few months where iām truly content with where this car is at, (as i make plans to tear it apart over the winter). Should have some more cool stuff in time for spring.
