Try number 2! SA cup xco💪🏻 Another weekend at thaba. Had alot of fun. Couldn't do course practice because of rain on Friday. Atleast the sun decided to show its face on Saturday and Sunday clearing the track for a wonderful race where I placed 9th on xcc and 8th in the xco. I realy think warming up next to Candice lil gave me a confidence boost. It was such an honor🚴♀️

On the athletes final time last out cheer zone we send them to the finish with a tunnel of high energy to get them to the red carpet . Nobody gets left out there , no matter how late into the night

My first Ironman experience and one of the best experiences of my entire life.
August 1st I decided I needed change in my life I couldn’t run 10km at the time and hadn’t done sports since covid.
But 18th April 2026:
Ironman Isuzu 5150
🏊 1500m
🚴 40km
🏃 10km | New PB 🏅
I thought the best way to change would be to enter the Durban Ironman 70.3 on June 7th and it was the best decision of my life!
Triathlon has changed my life in so many amazing ways and I’m so so grateful to every single person I have met on this incredible journey and this is only the beginning 🚀📈
