Being well-rounded isn’t optional
It’s easy to get comfortable running everything two hands, clean grip, controlled pace. But real-world situations and competitive stages don’t always give you that luxury. Whether it’s an awkward position, an injured arm or a stage design that forces it. One-handed shooting matters.
Strong hand, support hand, it all counts.
For LE, it’s about being prepared when things don’t go as planned. For competition it’s about staying competitive when the stage takes you out of your comfort zone.
Training one-handed exposes flaws, builds control and forces accountability on every shot. It demands a change of pace in practice so you can be faster and more efficient when it counts.

Outstanding match this past weekend hosted @southcarolinasectionuspsa The competition was stacked with arguably some of the best shooters in the country all in one division.
Overall, a solid performance but I felt just a step off the pace on a few stage runs and had a couple minor hiccups that cost me some time.
Time to lock in and get ready for the next major.

Great way to kick off the shooting season with my first major match of the year at the Florida State Championship @volusiacountygunclub
Despite the 30 degree weather, the match was run flawlessly. A solid mix of technical stages along with some shorter, high hit factor stages made for a great challenge.
Started off a bit rocky but stayed in it, made the adjustments, and finished with a top 5 result.
Looking forward to the next major match and everything this season has ahead. 💪🎯

Short course, big lessons. Efficient movement, specific spots, aggressive entries and visual patience under pressure.
This was a demo run a few of us ran at one of the last courses we put together for a great cause with some motivated shooters
