It's been one week since the #Compference23 Summit in #LosAngeles, CA and the excitement from our in-person gathering is still with us! The connections made with customers, peers, partners, and fellow fair pay pundits have left us energized, as we look back on highlights from Day 2️⃣ [Monday, 10/16]: Fueled with food, caffeine, and a little networking, the day began with a panel on Hot topics impacting compensation management today — and tomorrow, featuring @Payscale 's Chief People Officer, Lexi Clarke, Senior Employment Counsel, Lulu Seikaly, and Chief Product Evangelist, Ruth Thomas. Next, keynote @diversitydiva provided a powerful exploration into #DEI strategy and practices, emphasizing the need to translate intentions into meaningful actions in the workplace, and how to do so. Thereafter, @Payscale 's leadership shared their valuable insights, addressing the challenges of a rapidly changing #compensation landscape. We also dived into the potential impact of #AI on #compensationmanagement, sparking innovative ideas. Small group facilitated discussions followed, allowing attendees to delve into modern challenges, from #payequity to #remotework, sparking meaningful conversations. We also discussed how #HR best practices are evolving in the age of #paytransparency. Panelists from JDXpert, USC Race and Equity Center, and Gusto shed light on the requirements for transparent cultures and the obstacles to overcome. Closing remarks by @Payscale 's David Hwang and Lexi Clarke concluded the day on a high note. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who participated in the #Compference23 Summit. The #Compference23 Summit, our first in-person Compference happening since 2019, was a resounding success! 🎉 We're ready to recap this unique, intimate experience, starting with Day 1️⃣ [Sunday, 10/15]: The event kicked off with our captivating #LetsTalkFairPay panel featuring @JustWomensSports Founder and CEO, Haley Rosen, @IFundWomen 's Head of Partnership Sales, Elizabeth Eichhord, Human First Leadership Advocate & Former CHRO, Paul Wolfe, and @Payscale 's very own, Chief Product Evangelist, Ruth Thomas. 🎤 After the panel we were lucky to bear witness to the incredibly exciting 5 goal @weareangelcity WIN! We had such a great time cheering the team on, and even got to take a picture on the field at half time. 🏟️ 📸 Finally, our day ended with a reception dinner at the beautiful @Perchlosangeles .
