When I photographed @eva.lys for @lacoste , I looked for the person behind the performance- the girl chasing a dream, moving city to city, living that beautiful, sometimes solitary life on tour. A tennis vagabond, a quiet rockstar. There’s something almost cinematic about it, but softer, more introspective.
Eva has her own language - in her game, in her beauty, in the way she exists in these fleeting in-between moments. And that’s what I love to capture. 🐊🎾🤍
