This Grade 2 listed building has been meticulously restored into a low carbon, community-focused facility, achieving a BREEAM Very Good rating. It's a shining example of repurposing at-risk heritage assets to create essential workspace and community areas, all while generating rental income from what was once a derelict building.
We've retained and reused existing materials and fabric where possible, and implemented measures like PV with battery storage and air-source heat pumps to reduce operational carbon by 30%.
