Super happy to be working with Kaye the organiser of this year's @vervefestival . Not only has she grabbed the festive bull by the horns and organised an incredible line up for a wellness festival, but she has trusted me to set up a film screening evening. I’ll be curating a selection of four films exploring different aspects of wellness, connection, and inner work — alongside screening my own short documentary Coming Home, which dives into the world of conscious connected rebirthing breathwork. This evening is about slowing down, dropping in, and experiencing powerful stories that reconnect us to ourselves and each other. If you’re heading to Verve Festival, come join us for an inspiring and grounding night of film 🎥. Tickets on sale at feeltheverve.com

‘The Tending’ was an Imbolc themed gathering of people who care about their work and the world around it. The Natural Network gathers 8 times a year in the rhythms of the wheel of the year. It’s an antidote to the hustle of modern life. The world is heavy, but we can choose how to hold it. Part retreat. Part business workshop. And part collective healing. We’ll be gathering again on 20th March. “The times are urgent. Let us slow down.” @bayo.akomolafe 📸 @patrickfrostmedia

I’m honoured to be joined by three incredible and deeply experienced breathworkers at my upcoming event on 27th November at Patch (1st Floor Bobby's department store). Each brings decades of wisdom — not only in breathwork and rebirthing, but in guiding others through deep transformation and connection. ✨ Kerry — Connected with Rebirthing Breathwork since 1993, Kerry brings a trauma-informed and deeply embodied approach. As the new Director and Trainer with AIR School of Breathwork, she teaches facilitators, leads retreats, and co-founded the UK’s first Breathwork Festival. Grounded, intuitive, and compassionate — Kerry holds a safe, powerful space for breathers to unfold and heal. ✨ Jacqui — A breathworker, chiropractor, yoga therapist and holistic back specialist, Jacqui weaves together many disciplines to support whole-body wellbeing. Now co-directing AIR School of Breathwork, she shares her passion for the breath in groups, festivals, and 1:1 sessions. Her work encourages a deep connection not only to self but also to the natural world around us. ✨ Brigitte — A former President of the International Breathwork Foundation, Brigitte has been working with the breath since 1995. She helped bring Breathwork to the United Nations, creating trauma recovery programmes for refugees. Her experience and vision continue to inspire the global breathwork community. This is a rare opportunity to learn, experience, and connect with three teachers who have each dedicated their lives to this work. Whether you’re curious about breathwork, on your own healing path, or a practitioner yourself, this evening will be rich with insight and embodied experience. 🌟 There are only a few tickets left — don’t miss out! 🎟️ Grab your ticket on Ticket Tailor (link in bio)

“I often hear people say, ‘Oh yes, I did that once — it was pretty crazy, lots of wild breathing!’ Conscious Connected Breathing isn’t that. It’s not about forcing or pushing — it’s about allowing. Following the in-breath, releasing on the out-breath. Join us and experience a breath on 27th November. Early bird tickets are now sold out.

✨ Breathwork & Rebirthing Screening – November ✨ Join me and some incredible souls for an evening exploring the power of the breath to release, reconnect, and remember who we are. This short clip features Jacqui Storm, one of my breathwork teachers, explaining how this form of breathwork is different — slow, gentle, yet profoundly transformative. It’s not about forcing or controlling the breath — it’s about allowing it to flow naturally, creating a space where deep patterns and emotions can unwind. 🎟️ Tickets via TicketTailor link in bio 📅 [27th November/18:00/1st Floor Bobbys Bournemouth town centre #breathwork #breathworkbournemouth #understandingbreathwork #patch #patchbournemouth #rebirthing

What a magical and special night. It was very rewarding to spend lots of time making a film and seeing people come to support. Thank you @townrewards for sponsoring - a perfect sponsor of the event that helps promote independent businesses. @patchplaces is an incredible space to give opportunities to creatives to show our work. 🌬️ Breathwork Documentary Evening – Thursday 27th November 🌬️ We live in constant noise — information, war, struggle, survival. Our nervous systems are at a tipping point. We’ve forgotten how to breathe. I’ve done yoga, fitness, shamanic work, hynotherapy, and tried as much as possible… but the mind still runs the show. Breathwork taught me how to drop back into my heart. To feel again. To rebirth myself. To remember who I was — before the world told me who to be. This evening isn’t about my film. It’s about us. About breath. About coming home. 🕊️ Join us on 27th November. 🎟️ All details & ticket link in bio. #breathwork #rebirth #nervoussystem #healing #breathworkjourney #breathe #selfhealing #documentary #innerwork #heartspace

There’s been so much talk about the decline of Bournemouth Town Centre — but what if we looked at it differently? I’ve created a short documentary exploring the heart and heritage of the town, in collaboration with Kate Terkanian, Sam Goodman, and Ashley Woodfall from Bournemouth University. Why did I love working on this? Because it aims to shift the narrative — to highlight the town’s architecture, its rich history, and the stories of its people. In times like these, real change comes from community and collective action. If we can’t rely on governments, we must come together and lead the way ourselves. Join me and others at the short documentary screening on July 17th at 18:30 at Patch in Bobbys in Bournemouth Town Centre. It's free.
