I realized earlier that this show for Jon’s In Bloom tour at Troubadour was a year ago tonight. What happens in the context of playing songs with people you love written by people you love feels trite when stated but brings the most satisfaction when shared and experienced. This was a great show.

Today marks one year since Jung went Home.
This video is from the Concert for Jung (his celebration of life) and today felt like the right day to share it.
God was the Author and Composer of his life. The ache of his absence is real, yet Jung handed us the baton to live fully, to run well, and to trust the One who holds it all.
He is more than alive, singing with the host of heaven.
