While we were in rehearsals, I noticed to photos of former pastors and saw Dr. Alvin O. Jackson. He pastored @theblvdmemphis and was the beloved pastor of my recently departed stepmother Elizabeth and late half brother Kevin. It was a great comfort and assurance. The ancestors don’t make no mistakes.
We did the ALL of Messiah! NO CUTS! With a rich array of soloists throughout. The singers and players are STACKED, y’all so get into it. The full performance of the entire work is available at /virtualperformances until December 29th.

Last night, I attended the dress rehearsal of our production of Sister Act and I LOVED It! It’s a hilarious and heartwarming musical comedy that celebrates friendship, faith, and finding your voice in the most unexpected places.
