May 14-17, Nashville Rep presents BloodSuckingLeech by Amy Tofte at the Noah Liff Opera Center. Experience a brand new play taking its next step on stage for only $30. ⠀
⠀
BloodSuckingLeech follows Erica, a woman desperately trying to shield her aging mother from online scammers, only to find herself caught in a web of paranoia, guilt, and unexpected hilarity. As family tensions rise and reality blurs, this dark comedy explores the absurdity of modern anxieties, the weight of caregiving, and the unsettling feeling that someone—or something—is always lurking. Originally developed through the Ingram New Works Project at Nashville Repertory Theatre, BloodSuckingLeech is a sharp, witty examination of connection, control, and the monsters we create⠀
Our Ingram New Works Project presents the premiere staged reading of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice, an ardent new musical adapted by Lauren M. Gunderson with Music & Lyrics by Kira Stone. The musical is commissioned by Concord Theatrical.
