Last year, Australian @tom_myers swept BWC Ride of the Year honors with an insane paddle barrel caught on April 18 at the Queenscliff Bombora in NSW Australia and the surfing world rejoiced. Somehow, Tom found another, incredibly similar wave in August (qualifying for the 2026 event cycle). Can lightning strike twice??? Video by @patrick_de_teliga@surfer_magazine
