I filmed this almost two years ago. No beard. Younger face. Still raw from the storm. But the message? It’s even more true today. After walking alongside countless men in recovery, I’ve watched this truth unfold again and again: The thing that almost destroyed you… That fire… That obsession… It’s not your curse. It’s your calling. Addiction isn’t weakness. It’s untrained power. You’re not broken. You were built for something more. Don’t kill the fire. Learn to aim it. Path of Dog. Protect what you Love. #pathofdog #recoverycoach #spiritualawakening #addictionrecovery #firewithin #fromdarknesstolight #healingjourney #redeemyourpain #menwithpurpose #addicttosavage #sober #selfimprovement #discipline #motivation #recoveryispossible

Most people think it says “Path of God.” And they’re not wrong. Path of Dog is the reversed version—because the journey back to God is never straight. It’s backwards. It’s muddy. It’s brutal. It’s through the wreckage of your past and the pain you’ve been avoiding. This is a path for men who’ve lost themselves. For the ones who’ve burned it all down—through addiction, ego, avoidance—and want to rebuild. Not just a better body. A better man. We use discipline, fitness, honesty, and faith to return to something sacred. This is for the man who knows he can’t do it alone anymore. 🐺 Welcome to the Path. Path of Dog. Protect what you Love.

I didn’t get here overnight. I was broken. Addicted. Spiritually bankrupt. No purpose. No code. No peace. I had to build what no one gave me. I had to become the man I needed when I was at my worst. That’s what Path of Dog is about. It’s not a brand—it’s a code to live by. 🛡️ Protect what you love 🔥 Suffer for something that matters 📿 Build discipline like it’s a religion If I can change, you can too. Share this with a brother who needs a reminder that it’s possible. #MensMentalHealth #SpiritualRecovery #PathOfDog #BeforeAndAfter #MasculineHealing #DisciplineEqualsFreedom #SoberLife #TransformationJourney #Brotherhood #GritAndGrace

For the woman who made me a father. For the woman who stayed. For the woman who continues to love me through every season of becoming. Watching Lauren become a mother has been one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever witnessed. The patience. The gentleness. The strength. And the constant sacrifice. The things no one sees. The energy. The sleep. The time. The way she continuously puts Maya before herself without ever asking for recognition for it. She gives pieces of herself every single day so our daughter can feel safe, loved, and deeply cared for. There are people who change your life by existing. She is one of them. Happy Mother’s Day @peptalks Thank you for letting me into your world.

She doesnt try to make it sacred it becomes that because she treats the process as sacred ive watched her give herself to it fully quietly and with intention with patience with presence with reverence she doesnt rush it she doesnt force it she doesnt make it for anyone she prepares for it the space matters the feeling matters everything has to be set in a certain way so that whatever moves through her can actually move through her she allows it to take the time it needs and more than that she allows herself to take the time she needs and i honor that because i see what it costs time energy attention things she still protects even while being a mother even while being a wife even while holding so much of life together and i dont take that lightly because those are things she does but what she is is an artist @peptalks thank you for letting me into your world

Some days are heavy. Some days feel light. But both are part of the path. Keep going. Path of Dog. Protect what you Love.

A lot of people could help someone right now just by telling the truth. Not by becoming an influencer. Not by pretending to be perfect. Not by building some fake character. Just by saying, “This is what I went through. This is what I learned. This is how I survived.” When I was trying to get out, other people’s stories helped me. Watching people be honest about pain, recovery, mistakes, and growth helped me believe I could do it too. That still matters now. If you’ve been through hell and found your way into the light, reach back. Someone out there needs proof that it can be done. It is a small act. But it can change a life. Path of Dog. Protect what you Love. #sobriety #menswork #healing #selfdiscipline #personalgrowth

Some men know a very specific kind of darkness. Not the darkness of never trying. The darkness of building a life… and then burning it back down. Relapse. Depression. Self-sabotage. You had the discipline once. You pushed through pain once. You became the man you were supposed to be. And then it collapsed. But there is something powerful about that experience. You know the way out. You’ve already walked the path once. The same map still works. If you’re in that darkness right now… I believe in you. Path of Dog. White pill positivity maxing. Real “standing on business” means protecting what you love from you. When people talk about standing on business, it often gets framed around retaliation, dominance, or proving how tough you are. Strength matters. Being capable of protecting your family matters. But the responsibility most of us actually face every day is different. The real work is mastering your own anger, ego, addictions, laziness, and impulses. That’s what I mean when I say: Path of Dog. Protect what you Love. Yes, a man should be capable of defending his family. But the test we face daily is deeper than that. Showing patience when it’s easier to react. Choosing discipline over impulse. Building instead of destroying. Leading from the heart instead of the ego. That’s real standing on business. #pathofdog #standonbusiness #mensgrowth #selfmastery #protectwhatyoulove Path of Dog. Protect what you Love.

If you’ve been a monster at some point in your life… And there’s a woman who stayed. Who rode with you through chaos. Through addiction. Through ego. Through rebuilding. Through the dark years. Say thank you. Not casually. Not as a throwaway line. Actually look at her and acknowledge what she carried with you. Some men lose everything before they wake up. Some men get grace. If you got grace… don’t treat it like luck. Treat it like a responsibility. Path of Dog. Protect what you Love. #PathOfDog #ProtectWhatYouLove #love #grateful #husband

When I get sick, the hardest part isn’t the symptoms. It’s the guilt. The feeling that if I’m not showing up at 100%, I’m failing. That if I’m not producing, building, protecting, leading — I’m somehow less. So I put on the mask. “I’m fine.” And I push through. And every time I do that, I stay sick longer. I’m learning that rest isn’t weakness. It’s maintenance. It’s humility. It’s trusting that the world won’t fall apart if I lay down for a day. If you’re wired like me, maybe this is your reminder too: You don’t have to earn your right to recover. Path of Dog. Protect what you Love. #pathofdog #protectwhatyoulove #discipline #motivation #selfimprovement
