💚 Mental Health Awareness Week💚
This week, our team took a mindful moment together through the simple creativity of pebble art, painting and designing pebbles that reflect the small things helping us feel calm, connected, and cared for.
Research shows that creative activities like pebble art can support mental well-being by encouraging mindfulness, reducing stress, and creating opportunities for connection and conversation. Sometimes, taking a pause to create something small can have a big impact on how we feel.
As you can see we have all sorts! What a creative bunch! Let’s keep the conversation going!

Mental health and homelessness are deeply connected; each can be both a cause and a consequence of the other.
We see this reality every day while supporting over 1,700 people each year who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Behind every situation is a person facing unique challenges, and for many, mental health is part of that journey.
This week, we’re reflecting on the importance of compassion, connection, and support, not only for the people we work with, but for our staff too. From Wear it Green Day to the Run Plymouth Festival, we’re creating spaces for conversation, wellbeing, and community.
Sometimes small acts of kindness can make the biggest difference. A smile, a conversation, or simply acknowledging someone can remind them they are seen and valued.

The Renters’ Rights Act is arriving this May, introducing some of the biggest reforms the private rented sector has seen. These changes aim to strengthen tenant protections and improve stability, something we know matters deeply to the people we support.
Our Private Rented Access Service continues to help people access private rented homes and navigate the system with confidence.
