The work was carefully phased to keep the school fully operational throughout construction, with no disruption to students or staff.

Phase II is nearing completion at Philip J. Rock Center & School.
This phase focused on upgrades across the campus exterior, including new playground areas, site paving, accessible walkways, and landscaped outdoor spaces.
All work was completed within an active school environment, with crews maintaining safe separation from daily student and staff use throughout construction.
The scope also included utility tie-ins and site grading to support the new improvements.

The Lake County Regional Operations Communications Facility in Libertyville, IL, has achieved LEED Gold certification through the U.S. Green Building Council.
