Phase II is nearing completion at Philip J. Rock Center & School.
This phase focused on upgrades across the campus exterior, including new playground areas, site paving, accessible walkways, and landscaped outdoor spaces.
All work was completed within an active school environment, with crews maintaining safe separation from daily student and staff use throughout construction.
The scope also included utility tie-ins and site grading to support the new improvements.
