We intentionally chose to share a carousel vs a quick reel because this event was exactly that… still, in the moment, and present. We stepped away from the noise and into a world where we were called to sit down, slow down, and write. 💌 Letters We Never Sent might be one of our favourite programs yet. We’re so grateful to everyone who showed up with vulnerability and openness and to those who made beautiful connections along the way. A heartfelt thank you to @_sarasplace_ for meeting us where we were at as a group and guiding us in creating space to be present, while holding the emotional container with such care. Community isn’t just about who shows up, it’s also about those who make these moments possible. Thank you @studiohomme.co for the stunning space, and huge huge shout out to @melissa_chai for curating it with so much intention and beauty 💗 & lastly, thank you to @shootforpeace_ & their CIP Program for supporting this gathering

💌 some letters never got sent.
not because they didn’t matter — cause there wasn’t space. until now. join us for a patchwork circle co-hosted with the brilliant Psychotherapist Sara Smith (MACP, RP) — the one who led our very first “homecoming” back in 2020 — as we write the words we’ve held inside. to the ones we lost. the ones we long for. the versions of ourselves we’re still learning to love. this isn’t about being a “writer.”
it’s about being real. raw. ready to let it out. expect grounding rituals, thoughtful prompts, pen-to-paper moments, and the kind of conversations that linger in the best way — plus snacks, obviously. ✨ just a heads up: this gathering is best for folks who feel ready to meet themselves (and others) with honesty and heart. come as you are, but make sure you’ve got the emotional room to hold and be held. space is limited & softness is required.
huge thanks to @shootforpeace_ , canada service corps & the government of canada for supporting this gathering.

Being intentional with your time can set the tone for your day—and that’s exactly what we tapped into at our latest workshop. 🍵🎨 Led by the creative and witty @dontyuckmyyum.studio we each crafted our own ceramic mugs, imprinting them with messages that felt personal and true to who we are. Bob Ross played softly in the background (because obviii), and the artist in each of us was activated. On top of all this, the vibes at @recess.community were unmatched, as always. If you’re interested in more ceramic workshops, @dontyuckmyyum.studio has more workshops coming up this June and July — keep an eye out, you won’t wanna miss ‘em! 🎥 Reel by: @christavie__

Curious what was brewing last Saturday? 😏☕️ Let us tell you the vibe was calm all around ~ ☁️ we started off with @aj.prk taking us on a dream state with a meditation and womb self massage 🎧 @celestial.soul.temple then carried us on a sound wave we didn’t wanna end (yes, it was magical you had to be there) 🌿 we then capped things off with @thatwackywitch schooling us on how herbs heal and journaled what our wombs are telling us   honestly, it couldn’t have gone better, looking forward to the next oneeeee 🪻🌸🌱🪷 Voiceover: @aj.prk “to be a Womban” a beautiful play on the words woman and our connection to our womb
