Cet atelier propose une introduction critique aux outils d’intelligence artificielle générative utilisés en création visuelle. Aujourd’hui, la plupart des artistes découvrent l’IA à travers des plateformes commerciales reposant sur des jeux de données massifs, souvent opaques, qui posent des enjeux d’autorat, d’uniformisation esthétique et de biais culturels.
À rebours de ces approches, cet atelier met en avant des alternatives, centrées sur l’artiste et ses données, valorisant le contrôle, la transparence et la spécificité culturelle. On y présentera un panorama de plusieurs outils existants (RunwayML, Playform, Dreamlook.ai, Automatic1111, ComfyUI), afin de situer leurs usages, leurs limites et leurs implications dans les pratiques contemporaines.
En particulier, nous introduirons Autolume, un outil open source développé au Metacreation Lab, qui permet aux artistes de créer et d’entraîner leurs propres modèles à partir de leurs propres données, sans programmation.
