BIG NEWS! We’ve got NEW hours, NEW days, and NEW staff 🎉 First, join us for our inaugural MONDAY Slow Day tomorrow (lol sorry we are posting this so late, but it’s on brand) from 7:30-2. That’s right! We’re now open 7 days a week and extending the hours of Slow Days to fit with our regular weekday hours! Slow Days give us an opportunity to explore new coffees, set the tone for a new week and take it easy. Every week on Mondays and Tuesdays. We hope to see you there ☺️ Also, you may have recently noticed a few folks behind bar not named Murph, Shay, Alex, or Linsey (when she sneaks in and steals our drip). We’ve brought on 5 new baristas from the Knoxville coffee scene to help Shay take some time off and focus on some more projects! We’ll have a post soon introducing them!

Happy Partial Slow Day! For the month of April we will be serving up some delicious coffees from Gloom Coffee Roasters! On espresso we are serving an Ethiopian from the Wuri washing station, a collection of around 850 farmers in the Gedeb District! It’s a natural process coffee containing multiple heirloom varietals with notes of rose and sweet fruits. On pour over we have a washed coffee from the San Isidro farm in Huila, Colombia. Edwin Burbano has put a lot of work into this Tabi varietal! We are getting notes of sweet raisin and brown sugar.
