I had the honor of creating the score for Alternate Endings, the most recent contemporary dance work from @excavatebody - it was powerful and moving and strange and wonderful and haunting, and I’m very proud to have contributed my part to it. The piece premiered back in February and now I’m releasing the score as an instrumental album, streaming everywhere today!

Meet the team behind alternate endings! Introducing our extraordinary Sound Designer, Parker Bradford! 🎶💿 Parker is the pulse behind this work, carving away at and crafting dynamic soundscapes for our strange world! 🫀
Parker Bradford is an artist and musician from Atlanta, Georgia. His musical projects include Parallacks, Poor Elliot, Gloria’s Cousin, and Business Major. He also builds electronics and custom musical instruments with his wife Narah through their business WonderWorks. What inspires Parker is the exciting breadth of what the modern musician has at their disposal, that allows for a blend of electronic with traditional, new with old, and popular music with experimental sound design. Digital, analog, and acoustic instruments all blend together, as well as recording equipment itself in use as a musical intstrument. Parker is particularly excited to join the EXCAVATE team to work with dancers, because of the ancient relationship between human movement and music. 💫🎶

Yesterday @melissachil_ released a very special EP that I had the joy of producing!
“Force” by Melissuh
It was such a fun collaboration, Melissa is an amazingly gifted songwriter and vocalist and we explored all kinds of sonic territory from traditional acoustic instruments to some really far out electronic textures and it all merged together beautifully.
I’m also glad to have made a new friend in the process (:
