For more than 40 years, Jon and Nancy built Paradise Catering with care, consistency, and heart. When the time came for them to step into a new chapter, they wanted to ensure what they created would be protected and thoughtfully carried forward.
As someone who has spent over three decades in hospitality—working in kitchens, both in restaurants and hotels, producing events in the front of the house at private homes and estates, and caring deeply for the guest experience—I am incredibly honored to step into this next chapter of Paradise Catering. Over the past 16 years I have created hundreds of celebrations all over the Monterey Bay with my other company @coastsidecouture . During that time I worked closely with Paradise, and formed a strong connection with this team. I have a massive respect for what they create and am excited for our future together.
This transition is rooted in respect for the legacy, appreciation for the team, and a shared belief that hospitality is about people first. Paradise Catering will continue to lead in Monterey County with farm to table, fresh off the grill, California cuisine at its best…

A long table, a little sunshine, and flowers doing what they do best… quietly stealing the show.
We kept it soft and unfussy, whites on whites with just enough green to feel like it wandered in from the garden and decided to stay awhile. The kind of table that makes you sit a little longer, pour another glass, and forget what time it is.
