They proudly represented PARADIGM alongside thousands of other professionals as they took on the 3.5 mile course through the streets of Chicago.
This year’s event supported Association House, an organization dedicated to providing social services, education, workforce development, behavioral health support, and programs for underserved individuals and families across the city.

Why did you join PARADIGM?
“I chose PARADIGM for two reasons: for the ability to work on interesting, diverse projects and to join a team that emphasizes mentorship and camaraderie.”
Likes: Alex enjoys walks around Chicago, seeing new parts of the city he’s never been to before. These walks lend well to his newfound hobby of photography, and his not-so-new hobbies of finding new restaurants, cafes, bars, or patios to enjoy all of the above.
Meet Rachana:
Why did you join PARADIGM?
“I chose PARADIGM because I appreciated the firm’s welcoming culture and the opportunity to work with a variety of disciplines.”
Likes: Rachana loves traveling and discovering new places, cultures, and food — it’s her favorite way to explore life. In her downtime, you’ll often find her doing Pilates, playing board games, taking photos, or unwinding with a good reality show.
Meet Chauncey:
Why did you join PARADIGM?
“I chose PARADIGM because it's composed of like-minded individuals who are all working toward that same goal. I am excited to grow within the company and continue developing my skills as a designer.”
Likes: Chauncey enjoys drawing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. He also enjoys writing music, watching sports, and spending time outdoors.

If you own or manage a building in San Francisco, the Concrete Building Screening Program should be on your radar.
San Francisco has launched a Concrete Building Screening Program, which became effective in June of 2025, to better understand and manage seismic risk across the city’s concrete building stock. Property owners who have received a notice about this screening program are required to provide information about their building by June 9, 2027.
At PARADIGM Structural Engineers, we can assist a building owner in getting their property removed from the list by completing the required screening form if the building is found to not be subject to the ordinance.
