Thank you to everyone who said hi to me at the @teamfighttactics Paris Open! Thank you to @riotgames for giving me the opportunity to showcase Smolder. League of Legends is one of my favorite games and its champions are some of my favorite designs ever! Looking forward to my next puppet. Might have something spicy planned for my diploma...👀

So happy to finally be able to share this!! Worlds turns 15 this year, and with the original Summoner’s Cup returning, I got to design and create my own version.
Be sure to watch @g2esports (hopefully) take the win at #worlds2025 live on lolesports.com from Oct 14 to Nov 9.
Thanks again to @lolesports@riotgames , I feel truly honored to be a part of this project :)
You know @cospixcreation has me believing that magic does exist! Can you believe this was taken in the middle of @fantasybaselofficial ? Absolutely in love with how all the pictures came out and can't wait to fill my feed with them 😊 also had so much fun with @lunera_cosplay during this shoot hehe 😜

Here's a little insight clip of how the eyes mechanism works on my Smolder puppet from ! The eyes are connected with a little pivot point and I use a little sea saw to pull them left or right. There are certainly more ways to do this but this works fantastic for Smolder since I needed the handle for his head to be behind his neck :)

Next part of the inflatable series! I know this is a rather fast video but rest assured, I am working on a longer youtube video that will go into a lot more depht :) I made Choncc from @teamfighttactics
Material used: Spinnaker "M-40 Pro" from @metropolisdrachen (not sponsored!)
Something important that I do want to mention is that the fabric is a little tricky to sew since its coated, if you have ever sewn a 100% polyester fabric you know exactly what I am talking about (its a little slippery). It still sews great and the best part is because of the ripstop technology you dont need to finish the seams since they cant unravel :)
You can also see in my video that the fabric is slightly translucent. If you want a different look you can take the existing sewing pattern and sew a "cover" for the inflateable out of fleece or minky. Fur might work too but I havent tested it yet.
Anyway I really wanted to say thank you for the support on these tutorials and if you have any questions feel free to leave them in the comments I will do my best to answer all of them!

Smolder's wings! Here is a little behind the scene look at the underlying mechanism of how the wings open and close. I ended up building about 6 different prototypes until the final version was installed in the puppet. Im super proud how well it folds. My inspiration for this was a broken umbrella that I found on my way home from the hardware store :)
You can find more behind the scenes clips and pics in my Smolder highlight in my bio!

Smolder took me over a year to make and honestly, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. Two parts of Smolder were standout challenges
the head, because I was too ambitious. I wanted to add so many mechanisms and didnt know how to built any of them, I was basically starting from scratch when it came to puppet building because I had no previous experience.
the wings were a different kind of terrifying. they're so complex, so specific to the character, and I had no idea how I would open and close them while also being able to pupeteer the rest of the body. The Solution ended up being building him sturdy enough so that when I held onto his head his body would remain standing. That way I could use my other hand to open the wings.
This is the next little teaser in the documentary that my boyfriend @Zorksus is making about me :) there will also be more follow up reels of deep dives into the mechanics. #smolder #puppetry #leagueoflegends
Plushify might be my new favorite website and I need everyone who makes costumes or plushies to know it existst. It takes a 3D model and converts it into a flat sewing pattern (Also its free for hobby use!!!).
For my inflatable Choncc costume I imported the model, set my seams in Blender, and let Plushify do the heavy lifting from there. The pattern quality feature alone is such a game changer because it shows you exactly where your seams are not working.
The worst part of making something HUGE like this is printing it....I opted to get my pattern printed in A0 which was well worth it for how much time it saved me. In my next video ill do a deep dive into how the costume is assembled and what materials I used to make it work. Stay tuned :) #TFT #choncc #inflateable #plushify #cosplay @teamfighttactics
Inflatable costume tutorial series coming soon!! This one is sewn from M-40 Pro Spinnaker fabric from @metropolisdrachen and i'm going to show you exactly how i made it :)
Here's the next little teaser for the mini documentary that @zorksus is making about me!
I made Choncc from @teamfighttactics as an inflatable costume and im currently working on a little tutorials series because the cosplay world needs more inflatable costume hehe.
Also words are hard. I don't even remember how many takes this took 🫣

This is my second year project for my scenic stage sculpting degree and honestly it's the piece i'm most proud of so far! I wanted to make something that felt truly realistic, so i chose an african gnu and built the whole head from upholstery foam and eva foam.
The flocking was probably the most painstaking part (besides it being super itchy and the flocking being everywhere). Getting the texture and direction right so it actually reads as fur took way longer than i expected. the eyes are resin cast, which makes such a difference up close.
There's something really strange and satisfying about spending weeks on something like this and watching it slowly stop looking like craft materials and start looking like an actual animal. I hope I get to work on more animal pieces in the future!
